Sarah’s children are in her full time care, she has been required to hire several supportive carers for Garth and Selena. There has been much change within the home due to Sarah’s illness.</p>

Tom has recently had a car accident and has broken his back. Mary has been increasingly spending time with her estranged father as both her mother and step-father have been regularly hospitalized. Simone is open and honest with Mary about her illness. Mary presents with positivity, her best friend’s mother is also receiving chemotherapy.</p>
